Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on in stock items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. If item is not received within 30 days, item is non-refundable. This means if you do return it after the 31 days without approval, the item will be refused.

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, custom furniture or pedestals can not be exchanged or returned. All custom orders are final.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender -- please check your info twice! Customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. 

  • If custom furniture is returned due to no one being home to receive the the order, we're happy to resend - but you'll be responsible for reshipment cost. 

  • Please keep in mind we are selling real wood pieces that could crack or shrink over time.(Not always common). We take precautions to avoid this from happening. Wood is living and will continue to change in different environments and if any of these instances do occur, we will not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Deposits and payments are refundable within 48 hours. 

CANCELLATION

  • Please do so within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Items that are damaged or have been used will not be accepted. Each item will be inspected upon arrival.
